Parker, Medical Examiner of the New York State Prison Association, " but if we knew it all and could immediately get passed laws enabling us to commit to institutions both adult and infant abnormals, we would have no proper institutions ready to receive them. Dr. Henry H. Goddard, of the Vineland school, who is doing research work along this line, in the United States, estimates that sixty-five per cent. of those with a feeble-minded heredity prove ineducable. |
